Draft. The app is not live yet: we are about to start the beta. This notice is still being reviewed and will be final before launch.

Privacy

Your data never leaves your phone without your consent. When you allow it: EU only, never stored by the AI, never used for training. We never sell data. No ads.

Who we are

Next Monday is a lifestyle and wellbeing coach for iPhone and Apple Watch. The company behind Next Monday is being set up; its name and address will be added here before the app launches. Contact: hello@nextmonday.health.

What stays on your phone

What syncs to your account

So that nothing is lost when you change phones, the data you create in the app syncs to your account: your profile and goals, your plan, habits, check-ins, logs, settings, and your chat with Mo (kept for 90 days, and you can clear it). It is stored in Google Firestore in the EU, encrypted at rest. Only you can reach it through your account; we never look at it, sell it or use it for ads. The sync is not end-to-end encrypted.

You agree to this sync when you create your account, which you need to use the app.

AI help, only with your consent

Some features read things for you with AI: a food label, a receipt, a meal photo, your gear, your spoken words, or a question to Mo. Each one asks for its own consent first, and the rest of the app works without it.

Weather and daylight

With your consent, the app uses your approximate location while it is open to get the forecast from Apple Weather and your sunrise time. Only rounded coordinates go to Apple. You can pick a city instead; its name and coordinates then sync as a setting.

Analytics and crashes

We count how the app's screens are used with TelemetryDeck (EU, anonymised), never with health facts. You can switch it off in Settings, Your data. Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) carry the app version, the device and the error, never health data. There are no advertising or tracking tools in the app.

Who helps us run it

Your choices and rights

Age

Next Monday is for adults, 18 and over.

Not a medical device

Next Monday helps with everyday habits, movement and food. It is not a medical device and it does not replace your doctor. If something feels off, talk to your doctor.
